and bedroom 3 has a single bed.

There is a bathroom with separate shower, plus ground floor cloakroom.
A large sitting room with comfortable seating for 8 plus TV, DVD, Freeview and a
Sega Dreamcast (with four games).
The kitchen is well equipped with eye level oven/grill and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
There are table and chairs for 8 people.
There is secure off-road parking for 2 cars with a path leading to the property through a secluded garden.
There is a patio and also BBQ.
